Nominating DRAFT RIDERS
- DC’s to advice the Event Secretary of any available DRAFT RIDER’S
- Performance History to be forwarded to the Event Secretary in order to provide proof of suitability
CLAUSE A
Clubs that source DRAFT RIDERS independently from the Event Secretary need to follow these protocols:
- Seek advice from their DC in the first instance
- Notify the Show Hunter Event Secretary to explain the situation up to 3 days prior to the event
- Own club DC to approach DC from the other club that may be able to provide a DRAFT RIDER
- When and if a DRAFT RIDER is confirmed, both of the DC’s to provide written confirmation to the Event Secretary
CLAUSE B
Clubs that require the Event Secretary to source a DRAFT RIDER
- Team Manager to advise the Event Secretary if their team requires a DRAFT RIDER no later than 5 days prior to the commencement of the event. There will be no DRAFT RIDERS sourced by the Event Secretary after this date
- The Event Secretary will endeavour to source a suitable DRAFT RIDER and will confirm with the Team Manager the outcome
NOTE
- In the event the you require a DRAFT RIDER after the 5 day cut off period please refer to Clause A
- When a Draft Rider has been allocated to a team and all parties have accepted this opportunity, they will not be able to reverse their confirmation of acceptance
- In the event that you source a DRAFT rider independently from the Show Organisation Committee, correspondence will only be entered into with the CLUB DC
- We strongly recommend that you seek clarification from DC’s of both clubs in the first instance
